Buying items online can sometimes be tricky. We understand that you may purchase an item, and you end up not happy with the fit. Our return policy is as follows...

Please carefully inspect your items within 24 hours. Replacements/Returns will NOT be issued after 10 days of receiving product.

Milk and Honey Clothing Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or mis-directed shipments.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back to the company.

Returns are permitted up to 10 days after receiving your item as long as the following criteria are met:

  • Items must have all original tags attached, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. Items are inspected before shipped to you to make sure it is in proper condition; however, if we miss something, and you receive a defective product, the Company will take full responsibility and will make it right. Please email milkandhoneyclothingco@gmail.com with an attached picture of the defect.
  • Any items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations (including stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke smells, etc.)  will not be eligible for refund or store credit. We reserve the right to deny refund if this criteria is not met.
  • Please email a return request to milkandhoneyclothingco@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and approve your request, you will have 7 days to send the item back to the Company.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Once the item is received, it will be inspected for refund eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • If your item is received after 7 days from the approval email, only store credit will be given.
  • No returns after 30 days.

If it is passed the 10 day return policy, store credit can only be given. There will be no returns or stroe credit issued after 30 days. 

Online Exchanges cannot be processed. If you need a different size/item, please return the original item, and purchase the new item as a new order. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and the amount of the item will be refunded back to the original payment.
